Great techniques and advice

This audiobook has given me ideas and techniques to work with that relieve some of the symptoms. In fact, when I implement the techniques, I feel much better. Like everything worthwhile, it takes effort. I have taken note of the bits that I need to refer back to so I can keep reminding myself when I feel I’m slipping. The audiobook is very listenable, and doesn’t judge, but gives clear concise advice that is doable. It has definitely helped me. I’m not ready to say that I’m fully healed, but I am feeling more relaxed and my physical symptoms are so much better, I’m getting there.

Insightful and practical

A marvelous audiobook. Very insightful, practical and so genuine. It's the best audiobook I've listened to for a long, long time. Please, if you are struggling with anxiety, stress, panic attacks, or negative thinking, you need to listen to this audiobook. It will be of enormous help.

Has helped me greatly

I have suffered mild general anxiety most of my life, having experienced two bereavements in short succession my anxiety levels increased. This audiobook has helped me greatly, would recommend it to anyone in a similar situation or if you just want to understand anxiety better.

Extremely helpful

I find this audiobook to be very good in dealing with my anxiety by understanding the symptoms and how to deal with it through various ways so that I become less anxious or stressed. A helpful start on a continuing process of understanding a very complex mental health issue.

A wonderful audiobook that gives a truly unique perspective on anxiety, negative thinking, panic attacks, and stress. It's different from anything I've listened to before and it has helped me immensely. Useful and helpful

I have found this audiobook extremely useful and helpful for my issues. Mainly, it has helped me understand exactly what causes my anxiety. I realized what I was doing wrong to cause myself the anxiety problems. This understanding has helped build a solid foundation for me on my way to feeling better.

Includes coping strategies

Excellent audiobook which clearly shows the causes of anxiety and the makeup of the anxiety management techniques. Having suffered anxiety for many years, it was good to listen to an audiobook that concisely covers the basics and a more detailed analysis of this mental illness that cripples so many lives. I have listened to the entire book and am often referring to it for coping strategies when things get a little overwhelming. Highly recommended!
