Tools that are priceless
I love Dr. Kennedy, his voice and demeanor are easy to listen too and retain. I have suffered with alarm for or 60 years. I have changed so much since finding Dr. Russel on Utube and podcast then ordering and listening to Anxiety rx 2nd edition. I love the audiobook. Dr. Russel is like sitting with you like a friend having a conversation with you. I highly reccomend this book it's a life changer. Thank you Dr. Russel 💜🤗

Beautiful and simple techniques that are easy to apply
Easy to relate to. The stories that were shared were helpful and heartfelt. The techniques used in identifying and overcoming anxiety are explained in a simple and effective way. This book is very relatable. The author shares a new take on anxiety. It puts a clear perspective on what you feel in your body while experiencing anxious thoughts in your mind.
It’s a long audiobook, but well worth every minute. I’m very thankful I found this book. I would definitely recommend it.
