What a Great Surprise!

I'm not sure what I was expecting...with a title like "Skinny Bitch", But what I loved about this book was it was a common sense compliation of nutritional information with an "In your Face" attitude. Done in a truely caring way. Nutritional information that INSPIRES you to take action, caring for yourself and the planet.

This may scare off people who are expecting a lighthearted diet book. This book is full of solid information that is well researched and valuable. Do yourself and your body a favor and read this book, take notes, and apply it to your life.

Very motivating and informative

This book will set you straight. My favorite book to listen to while I ran.

Not what I thought it was.

This book started out as I thought. However, I didn’t like the shift that then focused on politics, USDA, slaughter procedures, etc.
