My daughter is suffering from anger issues from a divorce. This workbook is amazing and is truly helping her get through a tough time. It's a big workbook, identifies and defines anger and also has activities where the child has to define exactly how they feel, identify to them what anger looks like, what color it is. I love this workbook and can recommend this enough.
