AMAZING

This book and its contents is full of so much insight, value and wisdom. My hope is that all readers and Lesnar is truly take the time to absorb and digest the content of this book. When I read it over a year ago, it literally changed my life. Re-listening to the audio version has been a huge blessing (thank you for coming out with an audio version) and I’m truly grateful. David Blanchard (author), and others, are a phenomenal resource for coaching and offer so much value in the world and their arena.

This is one of the best books out there about being able to step away from your unhealthy habits of thinking and observing them without self judgment and clearly seeing one's true self and worth.

Dave Blanchard has been able to capture in this small book a masterpiece. Understanding the sabotaging powers of our minds and how to address them is the key to finding joy in our journeys.

Once we realize we have the power to sit in one of two chairs we begin to unleash that power. I highly recommend this book.
