I was annoyed with the voice effects in book 1... BUUUUT then i did tried to do the goblin laugh aloud... and i just have found the effect fun to giggle at they could have went to a sound bit website and just put them in the credits lol but nope it just tickles me "creeaaaak" "raaaahk" "akeke"

loved the story and own it physically and digitally. decided to try the audiobook and while it is still good I really disliked the cringe worthy reenactments of the sound effects. very jarring and just not well executed. otherwise it really is a great listen
