Educational and Useful Listen

This audiobook has valuable tools and strategies on how to build a property home of your dreams. It not only gives great advice but it also provides a checklist and resources to help you save money and time as well. Overall I enjoyed listening to it because it's educational, helpful and inspiring as well. It's a great listen.

Had some good ideas

I have worked for a general contractor for custom homes for years. I got this book because I was interested in seeing some of the authors ideas on where to save money. I thought over the book had a lot of ideas, tips, tricks to help a novice along the way. This type of project can come with a lot of ups and downs and hopefully, having this guide will help to avoid some headaches.

Just what I was looking for

I’ve read a few of these on this subject and I couldn’t figure out what didn’t fulfill me in the last two. But this one is the book that finally made me feel like I had the complete picture and gave me the confidence that I was looking for. I look forward to learning more from this author. The information is presented clearly, chronologically, and effectively.

This book is excellent because it contains valuable information to create your desired home. I learned a lot from it. The most outstanding fact to me was how to be patient during construction. That is one thing I always struggle with every time I have a building in which I am involved. Amount Another thing that I learned is how to use my budget wisely.
