The world falls into chaos. Earth is integrated into the multiversal System. And all Trace has is a gun.

Trace Taylor was at a shooting range when the world was kidnapped by the alien species called the ‘Esvol’ to begin humanity's integration with the System. Each individual person is given a femtochip implant and a class to fend for themselves before being sent back to Earth.

Once Trace returns, she finds that the planet too is left scarred by this encounter. Faced with monsters, dungeons, an annoying AI, and a lot of insane idiots, how will Trace come to survive this newly-changed planet?

Alot of people seem to insist on calling Trace Taylor by Trace Taylor's full name every time they direct there attention to Trace Taylor so at least I never forgot Trace Taylor's name. Otherwise not a terrible story, though I do wonder when she will start running out of bullets, she may have started in a gun store but that still doesn't equal infinite ammo

its the apocalypse where raiders, monsters and worse are doing terrible stuff yet the MC doesn't kill obviously dangerous people who have told her to her face they are going to do horrible things to her, yet only disabling shots, to what end? the hopes the police are going to do something... its the apocalypse there is no such thing as a free meal!? what is she thinking. serious plot hole. but whatever...

that being said its an interesting story with good narration, and decent character progression. perhaps the next book will have more crafting and maybe using the long guns she maybe recovered...

Killshot, or not?

Worth the credit. It’s like the premise and characters in this series. Another series from this author to enjoy.

Worth it

Felt like the story couldn’t really decide what it wanted to tell the reader. The main character kept flipping her goals around and didn’t really stay on one set path until it was complete. She only did something until she seemed bored with it and move on to something else.
