Waste of time.

In one word “Sophomoric”. Aside from mentioning notice science this title offered no insight. It covered no actual science nor did it point to anything like actual research. It was if every chapter was written by talking the definition of the terms used from Wikipedia.

Repetitive and poorly done

This is a fascinating subject, but this book is very poorly done. The writing quality is terrible, and doesn't address anything of substance. The "reading" sounds like a poor computer reading program. I couldn't even finish listening to it.
