I wanted to like this series, and I liked one and three better than two. I like the system, but it doesn't really seem a central thing, which is going to sound weird because they spend quite a bit of time talking about it, and working on it. maybe it's how much progress the protagonist makes or doesn't make? All in all, I think it comes back to my dislike for the protagonist so maybe that's just it.

Some of the accents of the characters from deucean are just absolutely horrible. I normally love Travis but he missed pretty hard on those accents in particular. Any scene with to much of them talking I just skip because it’s the dumbest sounding voices I’ve ever heard, who in there right mind talks that way it doesn’t make sense
