Oh Huxley, Every woman's dream

We met the main characters Oliver Huxley and Elizabeth in book 1 of the series. Huxley as his friends call him it's so easy to like, warm, friendly,caring and brilliant like all his friends from college. Elizabeth is intelligent, but a bit off putting yet she grows on you as the book progresses. Elizabeth wants a baby and she asks her BF Huxley to "donate", but he wants to do it the Old Fashion way. Huxley has been in love with her since college, but events prevented that from happening. Huxley has tried for 10 years to prove to Elizabeth he loves her. After one night together he knows he wants a lifetime. With twists and turns in what truly happened 10 years ago we root for Huxley to finally win Elizabeth's romantic love. it's an emotional ride! The narrators are very good. Thomas Barker is so likable as Huxley. Romy Hooper made me want to tell Elizabeth to get some sense in her!

Loved the characters, the story and the narration

I was captivated from the moment I picked up single dad Oliver (Hux) Huxley and Elizabeth Tremblay’s friends to lovers journey. As I have come to expect from this author I was instantly transported to New Zealand with a swoon worthy hero and a heroine I would love to call a friend and once you add in the secondary characters you get a wonderful read.
When Elizabeth asks her best friend Hux to help her have a baby he agrees but only if they do it the “old fashioned “ way. Elizabeth is afraid that by giving him one night she would want more because she has loved Hux for years even after he broke her heart and she is not sure her heart could take another break. But her desire for a baby takes over and she reluctantly agrees to one night but one night would never be enough for Hux so if you love friends to lovers or single parent romance one click now to find out what the future holds for Hux, Elizabeth and his daughter Joanna.
Romy Hopper and Thomas Barker did a wonderful job bringing this story and the characters to life. They were spot on with banter, the chemistry and the love and very easy to listen to.
One Night with the Billionaire Boss ( A Boss in a Billion #2) has all the feels, I fell hard and fast for Hux, I adored Elizabeth but it was a ten year named Joanna who at times stole the show. The chemistry is sizzling and the banter is witty and I now can’t wait for book 3.
