    Every year, as many as 75% of runners will suffer a running-related injury. One of the highest risk injuries a runner can sustain is a femoral neck stress fracture. The question then becomes, what’s next and how do you return to the sport you love after suffering this type of injury. Is running again even possible?

    Coach Val shares her personal journey through the winding path of diagnosis, healing, recovery and the comeback to running. The lessons learned along the way reach into every aspect of life, including work, sport, everyday activities and mental health.
