Great story.

I love the story. I do get a bit sick of reading and hearing "to boot" every single page. Like, how can that phrase be used in every culture, by every species, over 24,000 years??? But again, love the story. Elaine is very relatable, despite her constantly wrestling with her oath. The narrator is mostly good but seems to forget to change up her voice when doing different characters' voices. She also mispronounces quite a few words. Overall though, she's a terrific narrator and I've listened to at least a few chapters of all 12 books so far.

another stellar book

highly recommend this series if you love healing and a female protagonist really can't go wrong has comedy action and romance get this book you won't be disappointed

Love The magic system it’s in depth and entertaining. can’t wait for the next one.

Don't expect the story to be about the Phoenix Peaks

I enjoyed this book. I really did. For the name though, I really expected the story to really be more about the Peaks. Maybe the next book will have more?

The book is a fun addition to the series, but I don't feel like it was as good as some in the past.
