From the length of this book, it cannot be unnoticed that this book contains a massive amount of information for the betterment of its listeners. It just delivered that. I was appalled at the details and the hands-on-tips that are both doable and scientifically backed up. I do not want to delve into scientific terms that might look like a complex theory, so I am keeping it generic. If you are finding something that helps in building your mind and body in both psychological and physical ways, this is the book to go. You don't have to look any further.

With 5 books in 1, this audiobook is filled with so much great content particularly for any mind and body trauma recovery. I really liked the section on how to reset the vagus nerve, because this technique has led to immediate relaxation for me. The breathwork and movement therapy was really helpful too. This book offers so many strategies that it's a nice way to figure out what would work best for you. It's easy to understand and follow.
