Written & Spoken out of love

I enjoyed this so much! It was recommended to me by my nutritionist. It’s has helped give me a certain amount of peace and understanding when it comes to living, and in turn how I fuel my body.

Such a good book. Good for the mind, body & soul!

This book was great. It gives you so much inspiration for loving you for you. It details ways to show yourself body kindness and develop skills for body kindess that are lasting. Highly recommended.

Brilliant

For the individual looking for self empowerment this book is a must listen. I have learned so much about how to live in harmony with my imperfect, yet perfect body.

Far Exceeded Expectations

I don't normally write reviews, but this book far exceeded my expectations. It was way more comprehensive than I had anticipated; I kept thinking it must be almost done and then there was more. The suggestions in the book are easy to follow. The messages are very positive and uplifting; freeing. This book actually delivers on its promise (so many self-help books spend the majority of the book on the problem with very little at the end on how to fix it - this book is entirely a step by step guide to better health and happiness).

Body Kindness has a great concept to it and I found it easy to listen to. But I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 as I also found that some things weren't quite accurate, and some more research was needed. Like the author implied autophagy is a bad thing (Chapter 2?), when it's actually an important natural process that can be extended through fasting.

LOVE

This audiobook is super positive and inclusive... loved listening to Rebecca’s passion and suggestions. I have to buy the paper copy now so i can do all the journal exercises!

Something all should read

I wished the entire world thought the way this author discusses how we need to treat our bodies. She's spot on. She helped me review the things I already knew about being healthy and they were really good reminders. and she also made me think a little deeper in other areas.
