Let's face it. Having a few bad habits almost goes along with being human. You don't have to live with them though. I’ve had some bad habits in my life that I’ve been needing to break like scrolling on my phone late at night and eating too much fast. Some great insights I hadn't thought about

I got some great insights from this audiobook.
Many of them I will pass on to my family and those I teach.
On a personal level, the last story about a man approaching retirement and still needing a purpose in life fit me perfectly.
Life-long learning makes sense. I will try going to a community school to learn something that interests me and something I can do daily if possible.
For me, a lot of breaking bad habits is really about replacing them with positive things to do for which I have a passion.
When you think about it, how valuable is it, or how much of an impact will it make on your life to stop doing harmful things and replace them with productive things?
Looked at that way, this book can make a huge difference in your life.
