Many sleep affirmations
This is pretty good. It starts with some relaxing breath work and then transitions to a full hour of positive sleep affirmations. The affirmations are great but for me they go on for too long. I noticed that I did really relax in the last few minutes when the narration stopped and the soothing music took over.

Excellent full body relaxation hypnosis!
The relaxation hypnosis was so good I fell asleep in the middle of it. I was so relaxed I didn't even notice I was fast asleep under Alan's deep and soothing voice. I recommend this relaxation hypnosis to anyone who's been under great stress and cannot relax. This technique helped me to let go of my anxiety and just breathe full chest.

soothing narration
This is a great audiobook that helps sleep. The voice is very soothing to listen to and it brings me comfort and relaxation. I've been listening to some ASMR content that helps me to relax and get to sleep. But many ASMR content are a bit on and off, you don't know what's coming up next, sometimes a sudden sound comes a bit off and it just makes me more sober. The good thing about this audiobook and the narration is that it's very consistent. It brings you a quite immersive feeling. The only thing is that it's just one hour, but i think that should be good enough for most cases.
