Husband and wife narrate this book. Has to be rare.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It’s the 3rd book( Ready to Run & Becoming a Supple Leopard 2.0) I’ve read or listened to & KStar never disappoints. I especially love the PSF that comes with this audiobook.

New Practices to Add to my Movement Filled Life

This book affirmed many of the positive things that I’m doing already and also gave me some great ideas to add to my daily movement life. I really appreciated the suggestions around mobility outside of exercise.

Love it - Don't skip the attached PDF!

Okay, I wasn't sure what to expect with this title. It was in a sale, so I took a chance on it, and wow - great stuff! Very informative, presented in a friendly and fun way. When things start to sound a little technical, as when one of the narrators begins describing how to do some of the postures, see the PDF!! I put exclamation points on that because I was listening to the book while doing some home improvement DIY, and I was like - knee goes where??? Then I remembered... oh yeah, they said there's an attached PDF. Great title for anyone interested in regaining mobility, preserving mobility, reducing back pain, and aging with the ability to keep doing all the physical activities you love. And the authors have some really fun and cute anecdotes to share along the way. 2 Thumbs up!!

Simple and Powerful way to improve your health / wellness

As a physical therapist myself I can’t help but marvel over how well Kelly and his Wife have aggregated and synthesized evidenced based practices/information from a variety of health disciplines into a single, actionable manual. Not only is the information of high quality and utility, but it is also presented in a very digestible way. “Built to Move” is concise, clear, and poignant. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this book to my family, friends, and patients.

Very informative and thought provoking

I would highly recommend this to anyone who has an interest in being more healthy and active. This covers something for everyone, from a just dipping your toe into the pool of a healthier life, too the people that have been hanging out in the deep end.

Great book!

Listening to this book to try the movements was great because they explain things so well but I think I also want a hard copy to be able to flip through at home. It’s a great comprehensive book about helping us help ourselves. I will be reading it and listening again.
