Yoga for Seniors

I know that all seniors need yoga from time to time. This is because if we don't exercise, our bones become weak, and if we fall, it's going to be very painful. It's essential to explore movement to strengthen our health and wellness. The audiobook also teaches that it will help reduce stress and make them live longer. I will definitely share this audiobook with my parents, who may benefit from mindfulness practices to reduce stress. The narrator is perfect for the story, and I will keep this audiobook for future reference so I can listen to it as many times as I want.

Fantastic guide!

The author really made this easy. It’s a great help that you learn how to do it, why it works, and then a really helpful 28 day challenge to start and guide you. It’s a really thorough book, nice audio sound, and a great find for somebody completely new and just beginning. I highly recommend it!
