He did it again! YES!!!
I LOVED this book even more than the first in the series, and I did not think that possible as the first book was so good. The story of Silas as Earth’s newly forged forerunner unfolds further and in more interesting directions with new characters, unique situations and fascinating complications. Great story and a brilliant performance. I cannot wait for the next in the series! Highly recommend this title along with the first book in the series.

I loved the book..! Until the end
I'm not going to spoil anything and this is a personal opinion but the twist at the end I wasn't a big fan of, personally I liked the direction it was going and now it feels a bit rushed.. but I guess next book will help me figure it all out! otherwise it was amazing the personal growth of Silas and his team was amazing and a new team member super exciting! Travis was great as always!

Good continuation of the series
Sean Oswald moves the story forward with good pacing. Silas is progressing quickly given his recent addition of a hardcore mentor. Things seems like he has a chance to prevent Earth devolving into a dungeon planet when, Opps!, he was con'd and the proverbial excrement hits the plan.
Travis Baldree nailed it, as expected.

All around pretty solid. MC can be dumb at times (forgetting spells and skills) but there isn’t a lot of teen drama which is awesome.
