Start here
Elevate is a condensed version of so many other great books: Think Again, Start With Why, Dare to Lead, etc. Literally, he references all of these authors and more.
If you've read all of the above already, you'll still get some great insights. If you haven't, he gives a great summation of what these entail and If any intrigue you, you will have your next book(s) to read.

Helped Me Realize More
Elevate really has elevated me to realize a lot more what is going on with my team and what I need to be doing better. The author gives specific examples of things I as the leader can do better to empower my team to grow. He points out both positive and negative things we as leaders can do to grow our teams in a healthy a positive way. Not just to grow me but the leaders and overlooked leaders in my organization.
