Amazing

This is such a great atypical “self help” book. Her narration is great. Her “small manageable chunks” can be thought of as old advice, but her real life stories (and additional pdf resources) are really helpful.

Everyone could use this book
At a point in my life, newly single, diagnosed depression, hating my office job, always worrying about money, I needed a good instructional book to get me going and moving again. This book does that in an entertaining and approachable way. Not preachy or 'I'm in a better place now get off your ass and do what I did' type of way. It's more of a 'hey girl. Been there. Here's what I did!'
Huge fan of the colorful language, as I myself like to utilize explicatives to drive home my points...
May actually listen to this one again!!! HUGE thanks to the author!! Honestly, I feel like we are friends;-)

The Kick in the Ass I Needed
Sarah is 100% no-nonsense. If you're looking for a self help book that will hold your hand and make you feel all fuzzy & warm inside, this isn't it.
