Good content. Robot reader

I very much enjoyed the content of the book and it was very helpful but the reader was like a robot. I couldn’t listen to more than 15 minutes at a time.

A Safe Guide Through Difficult Emotions

Letting Go was by far the most helpful philosophy for me while I was coming to terms with difficult suppressed and repressed emotions.

Awesome bundle

I gained a lot from the books in this bundle. Very good value for money. The chapter on the dangers of multitasking were fascinating. Had never thought about things in the way the author describes. Always thought multitasking was a helpful activity. I have changed my work habits because of the books in this bundle

Best book.

This is the best book I have ever read. I will re read it over and over again. I’m going through a turning point in my life where I feel like I am starting to become more self aware on a different level and this book has really helped me learn about myself and create my own happiness
