Amazing program

Strong first changed my life! Pavel is the kettlebell godfather! Watch enter the kettlebell on you tube. Read his books! He also has the greatest team of doctors, scientists, sfg's , team leaders, and students of strength. His programs are safe and effective. if the principles are followed, you will get stronger over time with less chance of injury! Simple and Sinister is perfect! Easy to follow and can be done with 1 kettlebell. The weight, intensity, and rest periods vary. Great program. I have been following for 3 months. I feel stronger not (beat up) I'm 50 years old!

Pavel pulls no punches, makes no excuses.

This method is a makes no excuses approach to a challenge and shows the next challenge is possible.

I admit Pavel made me chuckle many times! His idea of success and triumph is persistent moving forward, anything else would be referred to as failure and sissy. I like him! He doesn’t pamper!

What I didn’t like? It ended! It was motivational, an instructive push talk from beginning to end! I’ll listen again I’m certain.

New Plan

The revised version is spot on and definitely incorporates a lot of experience and lessons learned from the original version. Even if you don’t plan to do the S&S plan there is still plenty of good KB information in here for you.
