This book is very timely because we tend to communicate with our devices rather than face to face, making it difficult for many of us to talk to people anymore. I really enjoyed listening to the book. I thought the author did a great job weaving in real-world examples, which helps make the information relatable and practical. As someone who isn't great at public speaking, I liked that this book acknowledges why communication is difficult and does not make light of this.
