POWERFUL book!

Menopause is such a tough time and I was getting mixed information when trying to research on my own. I wasn't happy with what my Dr. was telling me either. This book is a GREAT resource for information ranging from the anatomical explanations of the "why" to the easy, practical suggestions for the "what" to do about it. My favorite two aspect were the holistic approach to treatment suggestions and the relationship dynamic suggestions as well. Bravo for menopause empowerment!
