I love the push and pull between Nicoli and Mira. Their relationship is really strong no matter the obstacles. Performance was a “Chef’s Kiss”! Every sex scene was so steamy and off the charts!!!🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Really great book! (Male narrator ruined it)

Bella J is my new favorite writer when it comes to dark sexy alpha males! I wish she’d choose a different male narrator. He speaks with one, gruff angry tone, only. Never changes his inflection, even during smexy or emotional moments. There are so many talented male narrator’s, please choose a different narrator for the last 2 books.

I’ve listened to 2 books in this series so far with this reader and that’s all I can handle. I read the ebooks of this series and decided to try the audio versions but I’ll have to finish with the ebooks for the rest of the series. (I also noticed all of her books are performed by the same man. Ugh, I love her style so much but this reader is sooo bad.)

The female narrator is good but her performance is overshadowed by how bad he is. I’d give her 4 stars.
I’d rather have her read the whole book than the male read any of it.

Good book, good characters, great world.
Better read on my kindle.

It's everything I expected and could have hoped for. 🔥🫦🌶️‼️If you liked the previous Dark Sovereign series your going to like this too. It was actually even a bit better than I was expecting. While the character dynamic is obviously a bit different than the previous story, don't worry! That panty melting intensity and “omg please fuck me already”build up is off to a very promising start in this book! Get ready to fan yourself and look guilty when your husband asks why you've been staring into space with that glassy look in your eyes. Headphones are a MUST...this is not a book you want to get caught listening to by the UPS guy or that one well meaning neighbor….Personally I would even suggest you check whatever headphones your using to make sure no-one else can hear them. No need to traumatize your relatives or suffer the embarrassment of realizing the checkout line can hear your audiobook 😂🤭🤫
Definitely worth the credit. This series will for sure be one I come back to to relisten. The narration is pretty good, though I did think the guy got a bit intense some of the time. It's not really bad, just a bit awkward to listen to maybe? I only noticed it/ thought about if I was worried someone else might hear - a problem easily fixed with headphones👍🏻🎧😉👍🏻

Nicoli & Mira’s Turbulent love story

Absolutely a great listen/read. Amazing characters, drama, mystery, angst, secrets and lies. Nicoli always had a special bond with Mira and as she grew he denied his love by indulging in his unprotected sexual proclivities daily and proudly flaunted it. He was cruel to Mira to her. Mira always loved Nicoli, she knew and witness his sexual desires. Love should never make you weak, insecure nor lose your self respect. He is a walking STD! I feel the book was better but I’m not disappointed in the audio.

Narrators did a great job. The only thing is the book went further into the story than the audio and there appears to be a small cliffhanger.
