Wish it had been expanded...
While I have found great benefits to progressive muscle relaxation in the past, I found this particular offering a bit lacking.
It begins with a few guided muscle group suggestions for the listener to complete, leaving the rest of the body to finish themselves. However, if you are in any way like me, you will find your mind wandering and never finishing.
The directions are paired with the "calming" sounds, that in my opinion, were anything but calming -- it was in a note a bit high for my personal relaxation.
I wish you calm serenity as you explore relaxation!

Not Real Ocean
I have listened to better meditation audios than Oceans Within. There was about three minutes of ocean sounds at the end; but sounded like small marbles rolling around in a bucket. Not real sounding. Narrator was loud and not soft and soothing. I’m happy I didn’t pay for this one.

Especially calming

very calming, and tranquil!!!
Easy to relax, and meditate. It was easy to give into the breathing and just let go.. Her voice had a very calming effect and I was asleep before it ended....
