For the business owner that needs help WITHIN the organization. There are dozens of other books relating to business structure, systemization, management, prioritizing... etc. However, this is the BEST! It combines all the important aspects of those books then clarifies the points with actionable tips. There is no fluff, banter, or unnecessarily long stories. I didn't fast forward once for this book! ❤️

I have a business with a handful if employees and about 600k in sales a year. this audlbe has been the most helpful in actually scaling by business.
many action items and steps to follow. It comes with lots of additional resources that are very practical and helpful. without a doubt, I know following the suggestions in this book will help my business grow exponentially
