Must read for great skin!
I'm at the age where I need to start doing something more to care for my skin besides wash and moisturize, and thankfully my girlfriend tipped me off about this book! I learned so much about my skin and how to care for it by listening to this audiobook. I had never gotten any procedures before, but now I confidently know where to start- thanks to the guidance in this book. Highly recommend if you're like me and want to look great as you age!

Great skin tips 👍🏼
I was particularly excited to get this book on audible and listen to it. The older I get the more skin care is important to me I was particularly interested in chapter 7 and eight were discussed anti-aging techniques and practices.
I also really like that it had an a company PDF that I could download to read if I wanted to.

Like having a dermatologist on call
I have wondered about so many of these things. What works. What doesn't. Why skin even behaves the way it does.

As someone who thought they understood skincare well, I learned a TON from this book! White combines personal narrative with thorough research to keep the information relatable and digestible. This book is careful when providing tips, understanding that each person’s skin requires something different. Keep you wrinkles at bay!
As an aging process, skincare is something that I have become very interested in. The older we get, the more important it becomes to take care of our skin and keep those wrinkles at bay! This book discussed various anti-aging techniques, which made me realize just how fast time can fly by when you're not looking forward enough and taking care of your skin.
It begins by telling the author's personal experience and then discusses several aspects, including proper cleansing routines, how best to choose products based on your needs, face massagers as well! I highly recommend listening to it!! I also liked that this comes with a free PDF download - so if you're looking into getting some new skincare goodies or need advice from someone already there...

SKINCARE is loaded full of easy tips & tricks to help out with the aging process. Men & women cannot hide from the aging effects of life, but we can do many things to slow down the process. I enjoyed listening to various methods to slow turning into an older man before my time! It's going quick! I need an audiobook to grow hair! LOL!
