Publisher's summary
This omnibus edition comprises books one, two, and three in the Museum Rats series of children's books. Two children discover their new home has a great big surprise - there’s a secret door that takes them straight into the British Museum.
These stories puts a fresh spin on the classic children’s adventure books, with characters that reflect modern-day values and mysteries that needs cracking.
The stories are inspired by true events. It has been developed independently of the British Museum, and there should be no inference of the museum's endorsement.
Note: The final story includes a Greek myth where someone dies, so it might not be suitable for younger children.

That is, until she meets Alison Flemming. Because there are a few things about Biddy that aren't normal, you see. And Alison isn't afraid to point them out to the world. Story
Fusing Keatsian mists and mellow fruitfulness with the vitality, the immediacy, and the color hit of Pop Art, Autumn is a witty excavation of the present by the past. The novel is a stripped-branches take on popular culture and a meditation, in a world growing ever more bordered and exclusive, on what richness and worth are, what harvest means.

Story
Deep within the lush Tasmanian rainforest is the remote town of Vanishing Falls, a place with a storied past. The town’s showpiece, built in the 1800s, is its Calendar House - currently occupied by Jack Lily, a prominent art collector and landowner; his wife, Celia; and their four daughters. The elaborate, eccentrically designed mansion houses one masterpiece and 52 rooms - and Celia Lily isn’t in any of them. She has vanished without a trace.… Joelle Smithton knows that a few folks in Vanishing Falls believe that she’s simple-minded.

The seat of the Trelawney family for over 700 years, Trelawney Castle was once the jewel of the Cornish coast. Each successive Earl spent with abandon, turning the house and grounds into a sprawling, extravagant palimpsest of wings, turrets, and follies.
