So inspiring!

I started my health journey several years ago and it was similar to Kara’s experience. A mindset shift that occurred after realizing that I needed to do something for ME and My Health. I love this book because it portrays the act of being physically active as a relatively easy habit to develop. At least 10 minutes a day, 5 days a week. No matter what, but with the thought that you also have to be flexible. Kara also offers other options for physical activity besides running - there really is something for everyone. If you have been thinking about changing the trajectory of your health, this is a quick, easy read (or listen - I listened on Audible) that can help you develop your own streak on your health and wellness journey. So, start your streak today! Pop in those ear buds and take a walk or jog while listening to this motivational story.

This is what I needed to hear

This book helps with the very thing that I have trouble with. That area between knowing I will feel better if I work out and actually committing to doing it.

It's full of practical tips and advice that aren't preachy or inaccessible. It's a pragmatic guide and I think it could benefit anyone!

This book is a well written and informative guide for all of us looking to improve our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. With authentic and enjoyable story-telling, as well as an easy to understand description of streaking and all it entails, Kara inspires the reader to become the BEST version of themselves through The Power of the Streak.

Very motivating but also so relatable!

I am, without a shadow of a doubt someone who struggles with consistency! What I LOVE about this book is the author takes real life scenarios, her initial lack of motivation and overall struggles with keeping a consistent work out routine to explain the power of a streak, and how the streak came to fruition. Very very motivating! I binged the whole audiobook in one sitting!
