Just Keeps Getting Better

This story had me sucked in something fierce. Karin Slaughter just keeps getting better with her writing and I feel like this is one of her best. The depth of the characters, the twist and turns from the story, and the end reveal just kept you thoroughly engaged and on an emotional roller coaster ride.

The narrator for this series has been recording them for a while now and she hands down brings these characters to life and gives a stellar audio performance. I can’t imagine the voice and intonation of these characters any other way now. Such distinct ways of embodying each character. She makes you laugh, snort, cry and emphasize with the characters because of how she delivers the audio. Excellent book to listen to and can’t wait for the next one from Karin Slaughter!

Incredible book

Well, it’s no surprise that this book is awesome because all Karin’s books are. Needless to say, I loved it.

Abuse Of Abuse

Miss slaughter, listens to her fan base. Like most authors, who are successful they look far ahead in their storytelling to ensure they grow as an author, and still please their fans. 
As an author, Miss Karin, Experiments with different characters, but most of us still come back to the will Trent series because his character touches your heart. Sara,Faith ,Amanda,well they’re just wonderful because they bring depth to each story. The sarcastic dialogue brings out the strength of women and their success and drive to succeed. In the past, some of the books are just downright brutal, and a few of us fans Understand that Miss slaughter is not trying to be graphic for graphic sake, but to reveal how much evil there is in this world, in this country against children and women,And she showcases that with Wills’ background once again in this storyline.
Miss early can really tell a story for Ms slaughter like no one else. The publisher summery is spot on, no need to add to it. As the plot thickens, you get to enjoy Will in an intimate way that may seem like a mystery romance but it is not,make no mistake.
It is a nice change to get great storytelling from an author who listens to her fans

Kept me guessing the whole book

By far my favorite of all of the Will Trent books! Every time I thought I had it figured out, I was proven wrong. Kept me on my toes the whole time. Couldn’t stop listening!

Karin has nailed it yet again!

I've been a fan of the Grant County and Will Trent series for quite some time now, and this book is no exception.

Karin balances the intensity with the emotion flawlessly, and sprinkles in her signature humor throughout in such a way that makes you feel as though you're really experiencing the story. As the book goes on, I lost count of the red herrings and once I reached the first major twist, I gave up on trying to predict the end. I can't wait to listen again, and again.

Kathleen Early continues to be the most incredible narrator. I've had the pleasure of listening to. There is no Sara or Will Or Faith without her! I know that when I listen to this series, Kathleen is going to pull me into the story immediately, and keep me there.

Another hit

What a feeling when a book you’ve been waiting for all year to go above and beyond. The emotional connection to each character, both new and old, is gut wrenching.also…Love Kathleen Early. Please don’t ever stop narrating for Karin Slaughter.
