Massive energy and weight control

Dr Gundry has written a lot of fine books on health, gut biome, heart health, longevity and all types of metabolic disorders. I have read all of his books and all of them have been excellent. However this book is my favorite for it lays out how to fix your lack of energy and significantly fix you weight control through the functioning of your bodies mitochondria uncoupling. He goes into detail on aging,how to stay younger, how to develop more brown and lose the white fat which increase you energy and lowers your body mass index. The young thin days are back again. How this improves your immune system and for a cancer patient this is great. He goes into great detail on recipes on healthy eating, reasonable fasting to keep you young and what vitamins,minerals,good fats to eat, polyphenols, and good oils to take. This is the third week on his full program and my energy level is through the roof and I am fighting cancer. Thank You DR Gundry!

I Lived IT

I am a huge fan of Dr Gundry
there's two benefits health, longevity and weight loss some people won't have a big problem losing weight and may need to start eating meals earlier in the day and everyone
should keep up your amino acids and body structure
And don't lose too much weight at once a lot of detail here so just remember not to overdo anything especially dark chocolate 1 oz a day max not 1 lb ..thank you Dr Gundry

Well Researched Book

Dr. Gundry is at the forefront of metabolic research as it relates to the keto diet. His direction on how to get the most out of the keto diet is helpful to putting you on the path to success. I will never view keto the same after reading this book.

The author does a good job narrating (not dry or monotone) and the content is very understandable to the non nutritionists. Food usable tips.

I’m blown away!

Every person in the world world benefit from the knowledge provided. I’ve been a dedicated follower for years and I even take a variety of his supplements including the olive oil. They have worked miracles on my body and now he’s doing the same thing to my mind! I’m about to binge consume everything he has written! I’m eternally grateful for this marvelous human being! My only complaint is he makes a statement about how detrimental “constant ketosis“ is for the body but doesn’t elaborate.

Another Tremendously Informative Value , Penned Book by the Great Dr Sten Gundry

Dr. Gundry is clearly one of the best Physicians around. His track record speaks for itself, although his value the Mankind is underrated. This is a man everyone should follow, and learn. My friends, Ignorance may be Bliss, but it is also “ DEADLY “, it is incumbent on all to take control of your own health and wellness. Modern medicine, and prevention allows for all to mitigate risk and minimize the potentiality of illness.

Dr. Steven Gundry is at the forefront of disease prevention. You are only to blame, if you don’t embrace and adopt his wisdom.

Lots of Information

I recently started eating a Keto diet, although I was not convinced it was healthy. This book helped me understand you can eat healthy foods and a Keto diet at the same time.
Pro: information on foods that promote ketosis, a free list of yes and no foods on his website, detailed information about the cellular process in relation to ketogenesis.
Con: the analogy about coupling was not easy to follow and I would have preferred a straight-forward explanation, the reader’s voice droned at a tone that put me to sleep within minutes and I had to rewind when I awoke, there is a LOT of technical medical information-I am a nurse and I found much of it boring and hard to follow.
Yes, I recommend this book for anyone wanting to lose weight or eat a keto diet. Now I feel like I need to read his first book.
