Will Kaufman is the face of a galactic rebellion. Now, he just has to win the war.

Lurking behind it all is Prefect Tror and his seemingly indestructible flagship, the ONE. With it, the Imperium begins to create a political wedge capable of tipping the balance in its favor. It doesn't take a Foris AI to know that the Imperium must be defeated, fully and completely, if the galaxy is to have any hope of freedom.
Such a victory can only happen if Will can keep a splintered rebellion focused on the war, but stubborn grudges threaten to drag even the crew of the Phaelon into disarray.

Too many battles
Not the best one of the series, in my opinion. Too many battle scenes with too, many details. It was appropriate in books one & two but over winded in book three. More character development would probably have helped. In fact, there was more relevant info in the epilogue than the entirety of the book. I did love books one & two, not this one as much. Because of this, I can’t say that I’m looking forward to any future books in the series.

Another great universe of characters!
I love this whole universe! I am a sucker for a great story with a group of ragtag characters that do things that only they because of their differences. They fail and learn but they always rise to the occasion! Mark Boyett is quickly becoming one of my favorite narrators!
