Meditation to build healthy habits.

What I appreciated the most is the explanation of how meditation can help identify the triggers behind behaviors. Working on that, it is possible to change our bad eating habits little by little, not at all traumatically. I recommend listening to this audiobook.

The reader is not good

The reader doesn’t read the book right , she doesn’t pause where she needs to . Seems like she doesn’t even pay attention to what she reads
I can’t focus on material because of her reading and soooo monotonous
