Regaining credibility!

Although I have always done my work with commitment, I have always felt judged as a messy, disorganized person, unable to set priorities. I knew inside that this was due to ADHD, but I was ashamed to talk about it, and I preferred to be seen as an untrustworthy person. After listening to this guidance, I approached my manager and explained my situation to him. I found in him courtesy, helpfulness, and empathy. I realized that I had rights. Now, with small arrangements that we have established together, my workday is much more productive and colleagues look at me with more respect.
