I mean, I did it with my business, I'm sure you've done it with all your companies is, it starts internally, sometimes it can be fueled by the outside. But if you don't believe or have trust in your vision, you know, nobody else will. And I think every entrepreneur, every business owner, everybody that's achieving anything great, that's where it all starts, whether we know it's happening or not.Lesley Logan 0:27 Welcome to the Be It Till You See It podcast where we talk about taking messy action, knowing that perfect is boring. Lesley Logan 1:09 Hi, Be It babe. Okay, I'm so excited for this. I was on the road and I got to do this interview, you're about to hear, in person. And in-person interviews are just interestingly, they're not better or worse, like they're, but they're different and it's really nice. And I found myself really intrigued by this whole entire interview because we all know that life is not linear. And it can be interesting when you meet someone, I have Greg Tomchick on, and he was MLB, like professional baseball player. And now he's in cybersecurity. And I'm like, I got it. How are the dots? How did we get here? And something that I think is really cool to hear is how much he asked questions during his time as a baseball player that allowed him to really lead him to what he's doing today. And so I'm really excited for you to hear from him and his story and what and don't let cybersecurity make you go, "...

Lesley Logan 0:46 Welcome to the Be It Till You See It at FYF which means Fuck yeah, Friday, which means we celebrate wins. We're doing this because I think it's really important to notice that even with all the issues going on, you're still doing some things that are pretty freakin awesome. And I think it's important to acknowledge sometimes these are big things. Sometimes these are small things. Sometimes it's just like not screaming, when something doesn't go your way and you just want to go oh my god, it's another (inaudible). It could be a win just going I didn't get crazy when it didn't go my way. I just sat there I was like, okay, here we go. Here we go. (Inaudible) So we share a couple of your wins, we share a win of mine, and we do a fun little mantra. So let's get into this. Lesley Logan 1:29 All right, we have Sonia Ahmed. She is an eLevate grad and she is an Agency member. And we are just so proud of the work that she's doing. Here we go. Two new clients signed up to my group classes through word of mouth through a private client. Now those ladies have referred a friend to my class where numbers were dwindling. And now that friend has also referred a friend. If they all stay with me and two of my old clients return, both could make this block, this class will be full. These new referrals are all my ideal client. And they're similar age to myself looking to stay fit and strong. Love it. Also, Sonia said today I had a Pilates lunch date at a restaurant for all my class participants. I had 11 come out of a total of 21 class clients, people who didn't know others got to know each other. It really made my heart warm. As we're leaving, I could hear them all planning coffee dates after class next week. My heart is full. I hit my initial goal of four signups to my workshop reset goal to six and I'm currently sitting at five cents with nine days ago. Woohoo. Refining my thoughts and pricing my new project offerings which I'll plug at the end of my workshop. Congratulations, Sonia. These are all big wins. It's hard when we like lose some clients, we gain some clients, it can feel like there's a lot going on. And I love that you are seeing the wins and new people coming but also that we're celebrating, like your people are referring people. And then they're also like getting connected with each other ...
