    How to know you have the right discipline in place?

    1. It attracts the right wants, needs and desires
    2. You’re reason Why supports the discipline and doesn’t let you go backwards

    When will I be ready for my second discipline?

    1. When the first discipline is on autopilot
    2. When you are not tempted to go backwards
    3. When the 1st discipline is sustainable

    When 3 or more chords are twined together they can’t be easily broken.

    1. Discipline- attracts the right lifestyle, the right mindset, and creates value.
    2. Identity- writes ✍️ your reason why for you and it creates the Desire.

    As you grow you get stronger because the disciplines are getting stronger. Think compound interest!!!

    The moment you see the value in what you’re doing who you’re becoming, the Desire is created.
    The Value and Desire will strengthen the disciplines, it’s a beautiful sight to see.

    The Desire is where everything changes:

    • What you want
    • Who you want to be
    • Where you go
    • Who has access to you
    • Who you spend your time with

    The right discipline will get you here and you will never look back.

    How to cultivate your reason WHY?

    Learn how to lean into 1 discipline at a time to get the best results moving forward.

    Connecting your reason WHY to your discipline I don’t really need a reason WHY, 🙌 you do!!!

    Comfort is not your friend through this process.

    1. Learning how to let go of who you used to be grow through what you go through
    2. Putting the right disciplines in place
    3. Cultivating a WHY that will stand up to your excuses

    What not to do…

    1. Don’t make your WHY about your kids
    2. Don’t make it about your spouse
    3. Don’t make it about you family
    4. You have to do it for YOURSELF

    If you build a WHY for any other reason you will:

    • Blame those people eventually
    • Quit
    • Make excuses

    How to construct your reason WHY?

    1. Renew your mind- change the way you think Roman 12:2. Your old mindset keeps you from finding success in your new lifestyle. You will never overcome with the mindset that created this old lifestyle you must renew your mind.
    2. Define who you want to become- the moment you do this, it will write ✍️ your reason WHY for you.
    3. Evolve your WHY as you grow through this process. Keep adding to it as you grow.

    My transformation came because I defined who I wanted to become.

    When you build your WHY this way every excuse will have to go through your WHY to get access to you.

    1. That action doesn’t support who you want to become, so you’re not going.
    2. Those people don’t support who you want to become, so for now you need to distance yourself from them.
    3. That action doesn’t honor and glorify God so you’re not taking part in this right now.
    4. That diet doesn’t support who you want to be, so you need to find a better solution or a better diet.

    The mindset/mentality/disciplines/passion/purpose they all feed the desire in my heart ♥️.

    This is good stuff and when you define who you want to be…everything changes!!!!

    We struggle with discipline because of the Mindset that’s in place.

    Don’t overload yourself with discipline, just focus on 1 discipline at a time.

    1. Master that discipline 30, 45, 60, 90 days to master a discipline

    • Will bring the right focus
    • Set the right boundaries
    • Build stronger habits
    • Will be a continuous process
    • It will move you in the right direction
    • Will Cultivate the right mindset/mentality

    What’s Lingering in your life is mostly because of the undisciplined lifestyle that we have lived.

    When we lead with discipline we will get better.

    The moment you pick up this discipline, don’t ever let it go.

    To get a better version of you, it’s got to be the disciplined version of ourselves.

    Know the difference between disciplined and undisciplined lifestyles.

    Your past knows exactly where to attack you to get you to quit. That instant pushback…

    • The emotions
    • The hurt
    • The pain
    • The negative memories
    • The Past traumas
    • The frustrations
    • The fear
    • Those relationships issues

    They know exactly what to say or what situations to put you into to get you to quit.

    Discipline will hold you accountable. Learn how to remove the temptation and set boundaries that will encourage you to keep moving forward
    It’s time to #walkitout walk out the lifestyle you want to live.
