    I am Alycia Hammer, a certified Holistic Health Coach supporting moms to overcome anxiety. I’m very passionate about holistic lifestyles that promote healing, and I deeply believe our bodies have an innate ability to heal themselves when we provide them with proper conditions. 
    I take big, complex topics and break them down so they're easier to understand through personal stories and research. Having struggled with anxiety during my first pregnancy and postpartum, I have experienced firsthand the complexities of motherhood and anxiety as well as what it takes to heal from anxiety in a holistic way.
