  • #114 - ‘Should I stay or Should I go?’ (Reprise)
    Aug 29 2024

Its ok to be clear & decisive with yourself, to know its time to go, this relationship/situation is not fulfilling, nurturing, loving or fun-in fact its a negative drain on my sense of self & personal value. It’s equally ok to know when to ‘stay’ & immerse yourself in the love, joy, growth & positively of a relationship..yes you do deserve this..this is in alignment with your true self. Then theres the in between, the uncertainty, the ‘wait out’ maybe it will be ok? Maybe they will cop on, grow & come good..be patient & loving with yourself at these times..yes watch their behaviour, attitude & relational style..but also pay close attention to your somatic responses..particularly your heart & gut..

  • #113 - Rimming with the devil... - Being Human
    Aug 22 2024

Let's breathe gently & deeply...pause & reflect on what it means to be a human being? To grow, create, recover & to love & be loved. Can we embrace the human experience, take a positive risk & let go to whatever loving god or force we believe is there?. This means fully accepting ourselves as we are, offering this to others...if they cant or wont love & accept us…fuck em there are plenty of willing souls who would be delighted to love us & be loved by us..
