Welcome Lovelies! Another episode with the beautiful Abbie! Abbie and I discuss coping mechanisms in Domestic Violence. We share our own experiences and some of our own coping strategies. Ours may not work for you, but they worked for us. Maybe this can be a takeaway for you. We truly hope so because we love you all.

Abbie talks about her Ketamine Therapy and how much it has changed her life, as well as her daughters. There is a lot of negative as well as positive talks about Ketamine Therapy for PTSD, but for Abbie, it worked wonders! Whatever you choose, find the one that works for you.

We talk about how important it is to keep calm, do what you have to do to survive. Writing down your thoughts, emotions and all your feelings can be very helpful in healing.

Although most women recognized that they were having difficulties in their relationship, the majority did not realize that they were experiencing domestic violence or abuse. Early in the relationship, women used a variety of strategies to justify or deal with their partner’s behavior, such as ‘normalizing’, ‘acceptance’, ‘denial’, keeping the peace’ or ‘blaming themselves’.

When women tried to stand up for themselves or challenge their abusive partner, this usually led to further abuse, so, to play safe, women tended to take on a more submissive role

    Keeping a diary

On the recommendation of the police or a solicitor, several women began to monitor and record their partner’s behavior, by keeping a secret diary.

    Secretly getting help

Women have to be very careful getting help, especially if they were planning to leave, as they knew their partner’s abusive behavior would get worse if he found out.

Be safe! There are a lot of resources out there if you need to reach out. The Domestic Violence Hotline is 1-800-799-7233.

  • You are NOT your Thoughts with Jenn Beninger
    May 1 2024

Welcome in ladies! Today I have the beautiful Jenn Beninger! Jenn is the Co-founder of Genius Ulocked, a visionary coaching leader with over 3500 lives transformed, empowering businesses with advanced multimodal methods and an inernationally acclaimed speaker and trainer.

Pardon the sound on my end, had some difficulty with my audio.

Jenn and I discuss hour you are not your thoughts and your intuition is overwritten by other inner voices. Your conscous mind is the "Goal Setter" and your un conscious mind is the "Goal Getter".

Your unconscious values, limiting beliefs, and negative emotions live in your unconscious mind, and when you’re not reaching a goal, they’re not in alignment with what your conscious mind wants.

Your job is to uncover what is happening in your unconscious mind that’s blocking your goals, s you have to learn to tap into your intuition to do this.

When you do, you’ll hit every goal you set

Have you ever set a goal multiple times that you haven’t been able to reach?

You do all of the actions you’re “supposed” to.

    You work really hard.

You invest in all types of programs, templates, and support.

Yet you still haven’t managed to achieve it?

This happens when your unconscious values do not support what your conscious mind wants.

I could talk to Jenn for a very long time on this subject, but listen and reach out to her if you want to go inside and find yourself.

Jenn is offering a free meditation to support you with developing and trusting your intution. you can find it here along with her social media accounts:

  • Parent Guilt - Self Forgiveness
    Apr 9 2024

Welcome everyone! We are back again! Abbie abd I delve into the world of mom guilt. Well, we are now calling it parent guilt because its not just mamas that feel it, its all of us. The guilt is real and we dont want to downplay it.

We all feel guilty for something we have done raising our children. No judgement here. My goodness I have so much parent guilt that I have dealt with on my own that I rote a whole chapter on it in my book!

All different reasons we felt guilty. From not being societys "perfect mom" in their standards to what our family deems as a perfect parent, etc. We are all trying to do the best we can as parents, have some grace with yourself. You got this.

Social media us flooded with a million educational ideas, heathy breakfast options and other "momgoal" posts all to make us feel less than or that we should be doing it "their way". Listen, your doing good just the way you are, you are in survivor mode taking care of them, shuffling them back and forth to events, school, making sure they are fed, bathed and working your ass off too! No one is perfect and that is OK.

Your parent guilt now, more than ever, is going to be strong, but it doesnt have to be. You dont have to give in to those outside pressures.

One thing to remember is sometimes parent guilt, especialy mom guilt, is so pervasive that it inhibits your ability to parent or function. If you feel your guilt is creatiing high levels of anxiety, its worth bringing up to your doctor, For many parents its a matter of stopping the subconscious comparisons and regaining confidence in your own decisions that are right for YOUR family.

Much love to you all and know you are NOT alone. Kell & Abbs

  • Emotional Release results in Physical Changes with Ann Hince
    May 28 2023

On todays show, I had the pleasure of speaking to the beautiful Ann Hince. Changing the world, from the inside, out, who is a Spiritual teacher, public speaker, and author.

In her book, A Pathway to Insight, Ann discusses that in every second of every day we are emitting a signal to the universe that says “This is the way I am feeling now, please give me more reasons to feel this way”. To change what we are getting, we need to change the signal we are emitting. But how do we do that if the signal we are emitting is based on our whole history, not just on our current thoughts?

Beneath our current thoughts, the amount of emotional and physical tension we hold in our bodies from our past history is truly mind-blowing. Luckily for us it is mostly sub-conscious. But what do we do if we truly want to access this stored tension and release it? Because in releasing it, we not only feel better, but emit a different signal and so attract different circumstances? This book will lead you gently through the path of removing the emotions around your history, and beyond that to removing tension physically held in the body.

In doing so, your physical vibration will rise to the point that positive thoughts just occur to you, naturally.

We talk about how the calm mom she wanted to be (well, most of the time), with powerful brainwaves, with others feeling calm around her, with seemingly magical events happening daily, and with the ability to sense and release tension deep within her body.

Once you truly understand the Law of Attraction, Ann will take you on a journey of unwinding the past so that you can really attract what the universe knows you want. In the process, you will unlock the power of your inner eye, or sixth chakra, with the ability to see within yourself, just as the ancient Egyptian gods did.

You can find and work with Ann at the following
