This book covers the history of the Jewish people from the beginning until now. It was really interesting, and especially relevent in light of the current conflicts. It was informative and nonbias, and even highlighted famous people across different specialties thay were/are Jewish. I learned a lot, and especially liked that it helped me connect people and places from biblical times to modern days :).

This book pulls at your heart strings and educates all at the same time. I love history and I enjoy learning about my faith. Christianity and the jewish faith have been intertwined since they have been discovered. I loved connecting what I knew with what it was teaching me. The jewish faith is so deep and vast you can always learn something new. I never knew how it changed over time and I had a picture in my mind of the jews during world war 2 still. I learned so much and have a new level of respect for them. Highly recommended!!!

What a Complete and informative History Lesson.

As a Bible reader, I was very interested in learning more about the Israelites and Yahweh's dealings with his people. This book addressed all my questions. It was a complete history lesson and a look into the struggles as far back as Kind David in Jerusalem, the horrible Holocaust, the present situation in the Middle East, and the Arab-Israeli conflict. The book even brings it closer to home to the community in the USA. I recommend this to anyone who enjoys history and lessons we can learn.
