Great resource
Anyone looking for an encyclopedia on improving your life should consider this book. I bought the audio version as a compliment to the book, but the resources online help the audiobook stand on its own. There is some repetition between chapters, but that helps each chapter stand on its own as an individual resource. Highly recommended.

Amazing amount of invaluable experience based information
Anybody that lives in a body, and is disciplined and intelligent enough to take care of that body. This is a must have book!!!
Or should I say compendium absolutely incredible thank you, Mr. Greenfield! I know this isn’t the only amazing tool that you have created for the human family.

Long, but great read
First, I have to say that this is a very long read. 40+ hours. A lot of it does not pertain to me and I don’t understand as it’s very technical and goes into things that I don’t understand. That being said it is a very good explanation on almost everything you need to do to create a healthier lifestyle And better healthier life balance. I love that the author doesn’t take a stance on what you should or should not do but takes a stance on here the things that will help you optimize yourself in different ways. He doesn’t say you have to go on this diet or that diet or be this type of an eater or that type of an eater. He goes into detail on each side and the benefits to both and doesn’t tell you what to do. Highly recommended will be using it as a reference guide in the future as it digs into things that I don’t right now understand but want to understand more

The narrator is the worst!
The book itself, so far(I'm 6 hours in), is very informative. I don't think I would have gotten through it in paper form, as it is very technical.
The narration, however, is horrible, and making it increasinglydifficult to get through. I have to give credit to the narrator; this is a 40 hour book. But I have never listened to an audio book that was so poorly edited. The audio book is riddled with gaps, repeating, even throat clearing, gasping for breath, and gibberish noises by the narrator. In addition, trying to follow along is difficult, because the narrator mispronounces soooo many words. It is extremely frustrating.

How do you access the content he references to?
Throughout the book he says you can get the notes/videos/ illustrations Ect. If you go to boundless book.com/18? Or I think that is what he says. But the books website requires the receipt number of the book you purchased in order to access the extra content. How do you access it if you purchased the audio book through audible????

Most comprehensive holistic health book I have ever read
As a holistic medical professional, this is the most comprehensive and complete book on health and wellness that I have ever read. Ben Greenfield seemingly leaves no stone unturned as he gives extensive advice on physical health,mental health and spiritual health and recipes on how to get there from a beginner to intermediate to an advanced level. And it is backed with research.
He gives solutions from the most common sense to the most fringe. I am thoroughly impressed and blown away by what he has been able to accomplish. This book is a Bible on how to take care of yourself and your environment in every way possible. He tells you what to get and where to get it and how to get it and what to do. There’s so much to unpack that there is even a website with additional information. This book, Boundless is a complete treasure trove of juicy information for anyone who wants to get healthy be healthy and stay healthy.
I plan on integrating this knowledge along with my existing medical knowledge to be able to help not only myself but my family, friends and of course, my patients. I will read this book over and over again.
I am a fan for life. I cannot wait to see what Ben will do next. It’s hard to believe what he will do next because it seems like he’s done it all in this book already. I feel fortunate and grateful that he is willing to share what he has learned.
I suggest getting the hardcover book, which makes a great coffee table book and a good book to refer back to you after you listen to it. I also suggest getting the audiobook as well so you can listen to it, and subscribing to all his sites. It is amazing that this one guy has been able to focus on all of these different things that he has put together in this book. And he says it took three years to write the book but it seems like that’s a pretty short period of time considering that there’s so much information in this book. Once you go through this whole book you will see how much of an incredible feat that is in itself.
This book is a gem and it is worth every penny. If you wanted a virtual cookbook on how to have an optimized body, mind, and spirit, then this is the book.

Worth the length!
So good! I also have the hardcover book to reference things easier as there is SO. MUCH. INFORMATION. Contained in this book!!!! Well worth the 40+ hours of listening. Very science and detail oriented, which is great for me as I love to geek out on this stuff. Thank you Ben Greenfield!

So comprehensive, so informative.
This book could (and should be) a course in school.
