Great book! Worth listening to the audio and purchasing the hard copy!
This is a great book to have on audible and hard copy. I loved it! I’m purchasing the hard copy so that I can have all of the recipes written out and to better follow the 2-week plan! Thanks for the great insights! I also listened to Bulletproof on audible. Head Strong was great because it gave me simple takeaways at the end of each chapter to apply/put into action immediately! I live in NYC so the simplicity of having 3-4 takeaways and a detailed but doable plan to follow is helpful!

The info in this book is incredible. I usually don’t read “health” books on the topic of brain energy and mitochondria , so I thoroughly enjoyed!!
I’ve already put some things into practice and I feel the benefits.
I got this as a Deal of the Day, but a hard copy would be good as well since there are recipes.

Tremendously Insightful
One of the most insightful books I have listened to. While there is a lot of self promotion it is clear that the author has invested his life into this mission and created a business around that. Regardless the content is more in depth than the majority of health orientated books out there.
