Resumen del Editor

Does anxiety ever lead you to overthink, panic, or to feel helpless? Have you tried different ways to cope and nothing seems to be working? Maybe you don't even know where to begin, who to talk to, or how to find relief?

I want you to know that I've been there. It sucks, and I was in a tailspin for quite awhile. But, you know what's awesome? There are strategies I've found that can help you manage this struggle, and from one worrier to another, I'll share with you what has worked for me.

This audiobook doesn't intend to be academic, but is instead a down-to-earth, practical approach for how to cope with anxiety. Think of it as talking to a friend. You have better days ahead, and I'm excited to share with you why. This audiobook dives into the (good) purpose behind your anxiety, ways to cope, and how you can track your progress. Just know that setbacks are inevitable, and a large theme of this audiobook is recognizing that it's okay to be imperfect and to have harder days. In fact, that recognition will be a large part of your healing.

Now is the time to stop running from what worries you. Take a deep breath, get comfortable with your anxiety, and let's begin.

Disclaimer: I'm not a psychotherapist, and this book isn't a substitution for professional medical advice. It's purely an account of what I know from my own personal experiences.
