Opened My Eyes
This is such an insightful book. It opened my eyes to all of the new normals that I’ve adopted that should not be normal in my life. The time spent on social media, the constant focus on the urgent vs. the meaningful and lack of thoughtful decision making on how I spend my time. The tools and ideas shared in this book on how to take back your life are easy to understand and adopt. I am excited about the possibilities that will emerge as I apply the lessons learned from this book. Excellent book!

I'm thankful this wasn't simply a fluff piece!
This was the first title I've read by Mrs. Burton but it will not be the last! I love her delivery, the way she includes actionable steps backed by science and how she didn't present the information pretentiously!!! I will come back to this book over and over to work through the changing phases of life. Thank you!!!
