This is a wonderful introduction ..

This is a wonderful introduction to the Mediterranean Diet. The first few chapters explain the philosophy and details behind the diet and are easy to hear. Then the second half of the book are recipes—and the recipes are amazing! I finished the book and couldn’t wait to start trying several of the recipes. I can’t say enough about how useful this book is—I highly recommend it.

Very good to get started on this diet. The recipes are easy and taste great. Good recipes a lot of good advice. Easy recipes. Very inspiring gave me lots of motivation to get started.

Good enough to eat

All the ingredients for healthy eating. Recipes look doable. All you need is motivation and a grocery list. Clearing the house of unhealthy foods may cause some anxiety to the clean your plate club, but it is necessary to be able to keep slip ups to a minimum. Manga!

I appreciate that.

The book is ok, I guess I thought it would be bigger. I gave it 5 starts because of the caliber of Customer service I received and the time it took to receive. Both were phenomenal! And I appreciate that.

Overall, it is a good starter book.

This was another gift for my chef brother. He had been on a clean eating kick and has thoroughly enjoyed the delicious recipes in this book.

I'm losing weight Glad I bought it.

It is a good listen with lots of things for beginners. What I needed. Listeners learn how to wean themselves off unhealthy foods and receive recipes with ingredients that can be conveniently purchased at local stores and markets. The recipes are easy to follow making the transition into the Mediterranean Diet, a smooth one.

Explaining the science behind Mediterranean diet.

I wanted to buy a audiobook by an RD and it was definitely the right choice. She not only does an excellent job of explaining the science behind the Mediterranean diet, weight loss and exercise in a simple, understandable way, but provides insights and tips for each. In addition to providing recipes, there are four weeks planned out with shopping lists, daily menus, and logs for exercise and water. I definitely recommend this audiobook for those wanting to try this diet, want to lose weight or even just eat healthier.

The recipes are easy and delicious.

I was really astounded by perceiving what number of imperative recommendations accumulated in such a short audiobook. I really like this audiobook. This lifestyle has been tested and proven through time to be effective and maintainable. While other books may try to sell you a quick scheme to lose weight, the Mediterranean diet doesn’t make false promise.There are also a lot of seafood recipes and some meat ones too. The audiobook is light weight, and the recipes are easy and delicious. Good and nice!
