Mindblowing, A must read for everyone

The Secret antidote
It is not our fault what may have happened to us from birth. We have a choice now. Through our own thoughts and self talk we can over ride the negative messages that we were programmed with. It’s never too late. Great book.

WOW, Immediate Results!!
Although the author does not guarantee this, but I was able to rewire some negative self talk in some areas IMMEDIATELY!!!
Spoiler Alert, he gives us a 21 questions quiz that we can use to evaluate our self talk in a few specific areas, so we can take IMMEDIATE action!!

Great Book
