Snap, crackle and POP!!
Was a little hesitant on this but wrong. I never realized how the sounds from a fireplace makes. At times you'll hear someone mixing the fire around but that is all part of the experience. Closing my eyes simply put me sitting right next to fire.

Good background noise
Was hoping to use this for when I travel instead of lugging around my white noise machine, but the sharp pops of the wood burning are a little too jarring for trying to fall asleep. But, this would be great for if you just need some background noise going.
